1 L stainless steel vacuum flask for longer trips
Pinguin Vacuum Thermobottle 1.0 L is a double-wall vacuum flask made from 18/8 stainless steel, designed to keep drinks hot or cold for a long time. Its 1 litre capacity makes it a practical choice for hiking, trekking, camping, travelling and longer days outdoors.
The flask weighs 536 g and features a durable brushed stainless steel surface that helps make minor scratches from regular use less noticeable.
Food-grade 18/8 stainless steel
The flask body is made from food-grade 18/8 stainless steel, which offers good corrosion resistance and is suitable for long-term contact with beverages.
The vacuum between the two stainless steel walls reduces heat transfer and helps maintain the temperature of the contents for many hours.
How long does it keep a drink hot?
In the manufacturer's test, a drink with an initial temperature of 95 °C remained at approximately 65 °C after 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 18 °C.
Actual heat retention may vary depending on the amount of liquid, its initial temperature, ambient conditions and how often the flask is opened.
Cap and cup in one
The outer cap also serves as a practical cup for tea, coffee or another drink, so there is no need to carry a separate cup.
The inside of the cup is made from BPA-free polypropylene, which extends all the way to the rim. This means your lips do not come into direct contact with the hot or cold metal edge while drinking.
Easy pouring without removing the inner cap completely
The inner screw cap is fitted with a silicone seal. The thread is interrupted on two sides, so the cap does not need to be completely unscrewed when pouring.
Simply loosen it slightly and pour the drink into the included cup. The polypropylene components of the cap are BPA-free.
