How to Choose an Outdoor Stove
A reliable stove is an essential part of any hiking, bikepacking or camping setup. Compared to cooking over an open fire, a gas stove offers faster meal preparation, easier handling and the ability to cook comfortably in a wide range of conditions.
Our selection includes lightweight canister stoves for trekking and multi-day hikes, remote canister stoves for greater stability and integrated cooking systems designed for maximum fuel efficiency.
When choosing a stove, consider factors such as weight, cookware size, wind resistance and the conditions in which you will use it most often. For summer hiking, a lightweight canister stove is usually the best choice. For windy environments, high-altitude adventures or winter trips, a more stable remote canister stove or a model with a preheating system is recommended.
Don't forget to choose the right gas canister and suitable outdoor cookware. For better cooking performance and lower fuel consumption, we recommend using a folding windscreen.
