Thermal Insulation with TRF Technology
Inside the sleeping pad, TRF (Thermo Reflective Foil) layers help reflect body heat back toward the user, reducing heat loss during the night. Combined with the integrated insulation layer, the pad achieves an R-value of 7, ensuring reliable insulation in cold conditions and making it suitable for year-round use.
Comfortable 8 cm Thickness
The 8 cm thick air-cushioned construction effectively smooths out uneven terrain and separates the body from hard and cold surfaces. The result is enhanced sleeping comfort and better recovery after a demanding day outdoors.
Compact Packed Size
Despite offering a high level of warmth and comfort, the Nordic L packs down to just 10 × 25 cm. Its compact packed size makes it easy to fit into a backpack or bikepacking bags without taking up unnecessary space.
Practical DLF Valve
The sleeping pad features a flat dual-layer DLF valve with a one-way check valve.
When the upper valve cap is opened, the pad can be inflated easily without air escaping back out. By gently pressing the check valve, the internal pressure can be adjusted continuously to achieve the desired level of firmness. Opening the second valve layer fully opens the valve, allowing the pad to be quickly deflated and packed away.
Durable Materials
Both the top and bottom layers are made from 40D Nylon RipStop TPU. The RipStop structure helps prevent small tears or punctures from spreading, while the TPU lamination ensures airtightness and long-term durability. The result is an optimal combination of low weight, durability, and reliable performance in demanding outdoor conditions.

Česká Republika - 1989
Patří mezi nejstarší české výrobce outdoorového a campingového vybavení, její historie sahá do roku 1989, kdy se na českém trhu objevují první výrobky s touto značkou. Na samotném začátku se jednalo o tehdy velmi úspěšný peřový program zahrnující spací pytle a peřové bundy, o rok později firma začíná jako jeden z prvních českých výrobců s vývojem lehkých dvouplášťových stanů pro turistiku a horolezectví. Za téměř dvě desetiletí se sortiment výrobků značky Pinguin značně rozrostl na široký záběr outdoorového vybavení a oblečení.
Díky své stabilně vysoké kvalitě získala mimořádnou oblibu především ucelená nabídka stanů, která zahrnuje několik tříd a úrovní použití, počínaje stany konstruovanými pro extrémní zátěž vysokohorských expedic a stany pro rodinné kempování konče.
