Trekking poles with a natural bamboo design

Pinguin Bamboo FL Foam are three-section telescopic poles designed for regular hiking, mountain trips and frequent use in varied terrain. All sections are made from strong 7075 aluminium alloy, providing the required stability and durability.

The upper section features a bamboo finish that increases its rigidity, feels pleasant to the touch and gives the poles their distinctive natural appearance. These are not solid bamboo poles, but durable aluminium trekking poles with a bamboo finish.

Quick adjustment with Fast Lock mechanisms

The pole length can be adjusted from 63 to 135 cm according to the user’s height and the current terrain. Two external Fast Lock mechanisms with durable aluminium levers allow the length to be adjusted quickly and securely, even when wearing gloves.

Length markings on the lower sections make it easier to set both poles to the same height. The three-section telescopic construction allows the poles to be shortened after use and easily attached to a backpack.

Comfortable cork-look grips

The ergonomic grips are made from non-absorbent EVA foam, which provides a secure hold, helps reduce vibrations and remains comfortable during longer walks. Their cork-look finish complements the natural design of the poles.

Adjustable wrist straps improve comfort and safety while helping distribute the load more effectively across the hands and wrists.

The lower sections are coloured anodised. This surface treatment improves their resistance to mechanical wear and weather conditions.

Baskets for different conditions

The package includes two pairs of interchangeable baskets:

• ultralight 53 mm baskets for regular hiking and firm or hard-packed terrain,
• 80 mm baskets for soft ground and snow.

Durable tungsten carbide tips provide reliable support on natural surfaces. Rubber tip protectors help reduce vibration and noise when walking on asphalt and other hard surfaces.
