Stratos is a technical jacket that will be particularly appreciated by the demanding fans of alpine activities such as mountaineering or ski mountaineering. This is evidenced not only by its technical cut, making it easy to raise the arms, its extended sleeves, a large hood and a number of pockets, but also by features such as the detachable snow collar or large ventilation holes under the arms.

The hood is large enough to fit over a climbing or ski helmet. What’s more, it’s equipped with a set of elastic cords that allow it to be tightened not only to keep out the elements, but also so that it does not hamper your view in any direction.

The shoulders and elbows are cut so that it is easy to raise your arms, which will be particularly appreciated by climbers and ski mountaineers alike.

The ventilation holes under the arms also have YKK waterproof zips.

The three-layer laminate with a Japanese ACD membrane, with fully taped seams, will keep you dry whether you’re exposed to the rain, wind, or sweating on a strenuous climb.

Reinforced shoulders, elbows and waist ensure these exposed areas are highly durable and protected from wear from a pack or harness. The pockets have waterproof YKK zips, they are large enough to be comfortably used with gloves, and their position means they can be easily used even when wearing a harness or backpack with a hip belt.

The three-layer laminate with a highly flexible ACD membrane has a water column of 30,000 mm and breathability of 25,000 g H2O/m2.

Three-layer laminate means that the membrane is laminated between two layers of fabric - the outer fabric and inner lining, so that it is protected against mechanical damage on both sides.
